Australia wide Shipping

All our Australian orders are posted via Australia Post.

Orders placed using standard delivery take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

Orders placed using express delivery will be delivered the next day if ordered before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm can take 1 - 2 working days to be delivered.

Tracking numbers will be provided.

After an order is fulfilled and provided with a tracking number, MOD-ICON is not responsible for the loss or delay of a parcel. 

International Shipping 

Our international orders are sent via Australia Post. Standard shipping can take up to 6 – 14 working days. Express shipping takes 3 to 7 working days. Some European countries might have longer delivery estimates. Tracking numbers will be provided.

MOD-ICON is NOT responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or import duties and taxes as this is completely out of our control. Orders do not cover possible customs fees or import duties and taxes which may be applied by customs authorities upon the delivery to your country.

Before ordering from MOD-ICON we strongly recommend to research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residence online or by contacting them directly. 

If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to MOD-ICON you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
