We have a 7 day exchange only policy on all non sale items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us before returning an item.
To request an exchange, you can contact us at Info.modicon@gmail.com we’ll send you all return shipping details. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shipping policy: 

Thanks for your order! It usually takes 1-3 business days to process and pack your order before it ships out. Once your order is ready and dispatched, the following shipping times apply:

Australia Wide Shipping

All our Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Standard Delivery: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.
Express Delivery: Express orders typically take 1-2 business days for delivery after processing and shipment.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Important Note: Once your order has been fulfilled, provided with a tracking number, and leaves our facility, MOD-ICON isn't responsible for any loss or delay of the parcel that happens during transit with Australia Post.

International Shipping

Our international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 6–14 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped. Keep in mind that some European countries might have longer delivery times.
Express Shipping: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed and shipped.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES - IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

MOD-ICON is NOT responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or any import duties and taxes. These charges are decided by your country's customs authorities and are completely out of our control. The shipping costs you pay to MOD-ICON don't cover any potential customs fees, import duties, or taxes that might be applied when your order is delivered to your country.

We strongly recommend doing some research on your country's customs laws and regulations online or by contacting your local customs office before placing an order with MOD-ICON.

If you don't comply with customs regulations and your parcel ends up being returned to MOD-ICON, you'll be responsible for any extra fees charged for the return shipment and re-delivery.
